Anchorite hilltop sites are small rooms on inaccessible hilltops and rocky eminences.
A general overview of Hilltop Enclosures is presented in this video.
This site was located on top of a cliffed butte. There were 2 crevices accessing the top. 1 crevice was blocked by a wall. The other crevice led to a terrace area. There were 4 rooms on top. They were D-shaped with a wall across the top of a U.
The knife edge entrance makes this appear defensive, but it could have served another purpose in addition to making the site defensible.
2 walls and what looks like a cairn are visible in the video.
